Each year, the IWCA honors one exceptional individual who has demonstrated that his or her career achievements exemplify the standards and goals of the Association and have gone above and beyond the call of duty. The award is not based on the years and experience the window cleaner has, but on his or her integrity and desire to take pride in his or her career.
