The New Orleans International Airport — Louis Armstrong National Airport (MSY) is located about 13 miles and 15-25 minutes from the hotel.

Taxi Service
A taxi ride costs $33 from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) for one or two persons and $14 (per passenger) for three or more passengers. Pick-up is on the lower level, outside the baggage-claim area. Extra baggage may incur additional fees.

Airport Shuttle:
Shuttle service is available from the airport to the hotels in the CBD for $20 (per person, one-way) or $38 (per person, round-trip). Three bags per person. Business casual will be appropriate for most of the conference events. Semi-formal attire (cocktail dress, sport coat or business suit) is recommended for the Awards Banquet on Friday, Feb. 3.

Refunds for cancellation will be granted provided IWCA is notified in writing by Dec. 31, 2011. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Dec. 31, 2011.
